Banking

4 Different types of credit cards

– Debit Card
It is a card issued by the bank if you have an account with them, and when you use the card, you use it according to the available balance only, and you cannot use the card if your available balance with the bank runs out, meaning that its upper limit is according to the amount available in the balance, but for security reasons the bank may set a limit Higher for daily use, and the amount is deducted immediately after the transaction from the balance.

– Credit Card
It is a card issued by the bank even if you do not have an account with them, and it often has a monthly spending limit (and sometimes without an upper limit for spending), and after each month they send you an account statement for the card, and you have to pay your account, either in full or in part

– Charge Card
It’s similar to a credit card, but the only two differences are: there is no higher cap, and the second difference is that you have to pay the full account at the end of the month, and you can’t pay part of it.

– Prepaid Credit Card
It is similar to a credit card, except that you must put an amount of money in the card account before using the card, and in most cases it is only valid for use via the Internet, that is, it does not have a magnetic stripe or a smart chip.
